I have found that forcing myself to laugh for five minutes takes work! Who knew that it would be challenging! Did you know that if you laugh for one hour you will burn 500 calories?
My sister took the laughter challenge with me yesterday and we both forced laughter for five minutes which got us laughing on our own it seemed so silly. Her comment was....wow, this is a work out!
We both agreed we felt lighter and had a greater sense of well being afterwards.
