So Here I am 11:40 Cannot Sleep  Staring at my monitor with my Tunes Cranked up To high hell  Wired and Wound up but  What Can I Do .. Update all of you on my Dissapearing act as it were , A lot Has happened good moments  , bad moments   for starters  My Mother is not doing to well for those of you who read my blog know from past post's , she now has  Degenerative  Arthritus  which pretty much gives your bones no cushioning save for the pillows she has to be on 24\7 365 days . I am at a loss for words , i think i have cried more  through it then before , its a crappy thing to watch  a loved one suffer and having no cure for her health problems.

secondly  I Am In an amazing Paranormal Team They Are part of the TAPS Family  we have our own forum , pages on facebook , A paranormal Radio show , our team   is in  FL , georgia ,   the carolinas mississippi  , tennasee, texas , arizona and  in london  I am super  excited Joined In April  It was an early Birthday Gift , I am exploring more on my Spiritual side , I am A spiritualist 

I cut out coffee, chocolate, I eat in small portians now , fruits , veggies meat here and there, organic is the way to go , i walk daily , meditation , yoga, pilates  , taichi  sometime soon belly dancing , i still have a love for my cooking and baking as i make it all from scratch . I Joined an amazing sisterhood  5 years ago  ,   71 and growing  ! and my "gifts" Are heightening more eaqch day .... Still getting  Tattoo's  ( love ink ) My Facebook page has been super super busy , my bestfriend now lives down here ( with me ) since may life is good I am  always on the go , I do miss you all on here , happy to be back , feel freeto drop me a line say hi or leave a comment if you like..  shout out to Joseph  miss you   man
