I am contacting Interpol to report yet ANOTHER animal crime being showcased on the internet at the following address:

A Russian teenager aged 20, Aleksey Milchakov, showed these photos on the popular in Russia social net. He had cruelly killed a poor puppy and then cut its head off and ate it.

On his webpage he calls for killing animals, homeless people and children…

The global animal welfare community is increasingly alarmed and frustrated by the number of animal crimes being posted on the internet and the lack of oversight of on line media outlets who refuse to pursue or cooperate in the location/prosecution of said perpetrators.

We consistently rely on Interpol to take leadership and proactive action in regard to these cases. We are respectfully reminded that Internet animal abuse crimes violate national and international laws concerning animal welfare and should therefore be treated with the utmost concern.

Please launch an immediate investigation into the murder of this pup and all other animal crimes being showcased on the Internet.
