What I am calling Superfoods are foods that can resist extreme climatic adversity--  Joseph Simcox, Botanical Explorer striving to fight world hunger through biodiversity.

I call him Mr. Chlorophyll. Some call him Christopher Columbus of the Plant World. Others call him Indiana Jones or Tarzan. Joseph Simcox, 48, has no home. He lives out of 2 suitcases. He has visited over 100 countries in the last 10 years in his perpetual search to understand the edible treasures Nature has provided. It is time for him to go public with his information, to help offer real, sustainable solutions to food security. Solutions that aren't based on GMOs! He is presently offering to speak free of charge to your organizations, mission is to get the message out to the public. In the last month he has presented for ECHO Agricultural Conference and California Rare Fruit Growers. He can be contacted through susanmsimcox@uchicago.edu
