Get 2 slices of whole grain or whole wheat bread.  Consume food that has flax or flaxseed in there as much as possible as flax is very good for your health,since it softens your stools,& it helps prevent women with breast cancer. Then look for soy bacon by Lightlife or another brand,and fry them in a skillet with Earth Bound all natural butter with flax, or use Smart Balance with Flax. Put 4 slices in skillet & fry them until they are browned. Toast one of the slices of bread in a toaster oven or a toaster until it is near dark or however you like it.  The when it is crisp take the taost out,& put some of that same butter or cooking oil with flax,& spread some on that toasted slice of bread. And then put some veganaise mayonnaise or low fat mayonnaise on the other slice of bread. Put some organic lettuce and.or spinach or regular on top of the buttered toast. And then put some slices of  raw red,yellow or white onions on top of the lettuce/spinach. And then put some rice cheese on top of those onion slices. And then put some jalapeno pepper slcies or another pepper of top of that rice cheese. And put some tomatoe slices on top of the peppers. And then put the non-toasted mayonnaised slice of bread on top of all of that. And you have a scrump delicious & nutritious BLT. And the more you eat organic food it also helps your health & the health of this planet. Enjoy!
