From the maker of Hangover comes an epic idea that changes the life of three high school students from oblivion of existence to front row of reorganization. Project X follows 3 high school losers, J. B., Casta and Thomas whie they try to get people for wild party they want to throw for Thomas’s birthday.

Absolutely insanity follows once the birthday party for a high school nobody starts. Things quickly spiral out of control as the word of the party spreads. From expecting at most 50 people for the party to having 2 DJs and 1500 people partying in your backyard, nothing can prepare you for this movie. The party of the year will have you wishing you were at that party!

Absolutely nothing will prepare you for the insanity that is Project X. The tagline stays true to the movie: The party you’ve only dreamed about. It is nothing like your typical high school party where everybody gets drunk then loses control, have wild sex and lose virginity. It is original party movie which crosses every possible line imaginable. It’s fun, wild, crazy and over the top insane movie that only Todd Phillips can come up with.

Project X is about 3 high school losers, Thomas, Casta and J.B. who plan to throw the party for Thomas for his birthday and invite entire school to the party. Casta is your regular foul mouthed hound who likes booze, weed and sex but is all talk and no show. J.B. is your fat little Jonah Hill who is socially awkward and low confident teen. Thomas is your regular guy who aspires to be recognized by his fellow teens but is almost invisible to everyone. He is incapable of throwing the wild party but Casta is his go to guy for the party and man does he oversell. Even Thomas’s father thinks Thomas does not have it – in his words “coz he is a loser”.

Project X just keeps on breaking your balls with fun and wacky humor (and midget that just good at breaking everybody’s balls). It is done originally and is not like any other high school party movie ever. Everything in the movie is something you have never seen before – from Thomas’s dog to midget in microwave, you will be saying Wow a lot during the movie. It is going to be among party classics such as “Superbad” and “Animal House” but would stand apart from those movies as it bring something original to the table. It does have romantic angle in the movie but not like American Pie where that’s the main theme. Project X mainly focuses on the party then anything less. And man, it’s a wild party!

Project X is complete insanity on all levels, crosses lines and is just wild. It is so much fun. And as Casta would say, a message to all of those women out there, wear something tight.
