To live in a country place on 189° place in administration of justice

Hi.
I am an Italian woman. In Italy the situation is very, very difficult.
We are going through a crisis both economically and socially very heavy.
Almost every day a person commits suicide because of  social or economic  problems.
Even  for justice we are the 189 th place in the world rankings ..
Also European Union designed Italy "black shirt" for justice just  last 12 April.
In some cases we hope to not need the judges because it is a useless and painful struggle.
I put a petition on Care 2 site, sector  Human Rights, with which I ask justice for the murder of my mother.
I'm fighting for 10 years  but  NOBODY LISTENS TO ME!
I  ask, indeed I IMPLORE  you, help me by signing the petition and making it known.
it is available to you documentation confirming ALL my statements in the petition.
