AGAIN...THEY HARASS / DISCRIMINATE / VIOLATE / THREATEN

Adding to the list of hundreds of charges against Anchorage Police... Some against Taco Bell, Wal-Mart & Securitas as well... more counts of harassment & discrimination... CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS...etc... :

9-3-06 @ ~ 11:30 pm while "flagging" Wal-Mart Benson...barely there 5 minutes or so when Securitas comes to attack on me on the sidewalk...telling me I have to leave
...can go across the street be fine there...etc...I "broke it down to him" & told him I'm here doing my job & I'm not leaving...in fact I am the "point man", the "lure" & I'm damn good at my job you see...I just lured you out that fast to come violate & attack/threaten me... DAMN I'm GOOD!!!... ... well he left from me on the sidewalk but kept driving around me "stalking on me"...then...guess what.?...30-40 minutes later 2 police roll in up on me saying they "got a call"...well I "broke it down" to them as well...& actually these 2 cops responding engaged in Intelligent Conversation with me about the "ISSUES" / "TACTICS" being used against me / how all of these "callers" are ALL GUILTY OF "...WILLINGLY PARTICIPATING OR ACTIVELY ENGAGING IN .. A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT...."...ETC...the police left me be
after that....I did ask the police..."...doesn't APD have "caller I.D. ?"

9-3-06 @ ~ 5:45 pm another "TELEPHONE ATTACK" was launched on JOE and again APD responded...when they have been ordered time & again to arrest every single one of these
that try to "sick the cops on me"...I was resting at David Green Park when responding officer woke me to "harass me" - because that's what it IS!...harassment. I was somewhat
enraged over this whole scene so I don't know responding officers name...he was however polite & respectful and left me be...I did "break it down" to him about "what's up"...hopefully he'll get busy as should the whole of the Anchorage Police Department - Chief Walt Monegan etc...

Where is the Mayor?...The Governor better get his ass here!...News Media...where are they?

I'll also include in this another count against Securitas & Taco Bell : 9-3-06 ~ 1:55 am near Taco Bell on Tudor & Fulker...JOE went to "flag" that location and ABC news...barely arrived on sidewalk...not 45 seconds - out comes Female Securitas from the Taco Bell, instantly harassing / discriminating / threatening me...first words out of her mouth as she approached were "...alright I'm going to give you 2 minutes to tell me your story before I tell you to leave..." I broke it down to her I aint going nowhere - I'm here doing my job...we are conducting a major international criminal investigation & I confronted her about her violating me...Securitas is under investigation & so to is Taco Bell...both have been involved in attacks on me etc...etc...She instantly pulled out her cell phone like it was a pistol & I told her to please feel free to use it as a leathal weapong against me and "sick the cops on me" if you like...they've only done thousands of these "TELEPHONE ATTACKS" on me all over the state for years now...etc... Well she finally decided, reluctantly, to leave me be...but I believe she went inside Taco Bell and 'made some phone calls'...if you follow me - no further harassments / attacks occured after that point...

8-25-06 @ 8:15 am another "TELEPHONE ATTACK" on JOE and again APD responded Ofc Haas (? Hass ?) caller said I'd been "camped out there" when I just pulled in a couple
hours prior.  This particular Officer was very respectful and polite & seemed intelligent in our communication about how "they"...just keep attacking JOE...he left me be...(but again...they are not arresting all of these "TELEPHONE ATTACKERS"...who are all guilty of false accusations / reports / statements, lying to police & ..."willingly participating or actively engageing in a criminal conspiracy to comitt..." all of this & more ... some serious shit for sure ... thousands of these attacks against me all over this state for almost 3 years straight or more....IS THERE -ANY - INTELLIGENT LIFE WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT?...

8-26-06 @ 4:05 pm...another "TELEPHONE ATTACK"...this one at Cuddy Park saying I'd beencamped out there over night...when I just pulled in there this morning...these officers responding (don't know their names) were rude, insolant & disrespectful...one said to me ..."may I suggest Washington..." I told him they will try to murder me there just like they've been trying to murder me here....advised them to go DO THEIR JOB and arrest all of these "TELEPHONE ATTACKERS" like they have already been ordered to....they left but were still nasty & threatening to me...

Just think how much money this is costing we the people when these stupid ass police keep responding to all these "TELEPHONE ATTACKERS"...some $70 per responding officer or so just to come harass JOE...then of course when you figure the criminal & civil litigation we have against the Police for all there attacks on JOE....- BANKRUPT IS THE STATE OF ALASKA....THEY OWE ME MORE MONEY THAN THEY WILL EVER HAVE ABILITY TO PAY.... as you will see - a perfect example of this is how there have now been several attacks on JOE launched @ Cuddy Park in the past few weeks...I barely pull in there for a bit to rest and next thing you know...another anonymous caller sicks the cops on me
with some story about how I've been parked there for 2 weeks / since Monday / etc... I was just attacked there today by responding officer J. Doll (car ..35343)...who woke me with rude disrespect telling me he wanted me to open the door...I asked what for & he wouldn't even answer...when I did he was all power tripping and threatening that I had to move my truck now or he was calling a tow truck...(I'd only been there since 6 am this morining)...he wouldn't even talk to me about the "telephone attacker" that sicked him on me or anything...said I had 5 minutes...then he said I'm calling the tow truck...if your gone before it gets here ... this is like the third or 4th attack of this nature at this location in the past 2 weeks...first one was 8-14-06 where responding officer J. Carroll arrived - at least he woke me politely and spoke with me respectfully...telling me anonymous caller said I'd been there 2 weeks...(when I had only been there 8 hours)...@ least he left me be although he did leave an impound notice incident no 06314... you see - thousands of these "telephone attacks" have been launched against me now...all over this state for more than 2.5 years straight...everywhere I go...they just keep attacking JOE!!!  The Police are already charged with serious crimes and they are also guilty of hundreds of counts of harassment & discrimination through all of this...which you can learn more about on our website :

...They have all been advised...THIS HAS TO STOP PEOPLE!!! I CAN'T EVEN DRIVE THE HIGHWAY  WITHOUT BEING VULNERABLE AND AT RISK OF BEING VIOLENTLY ATTACKED BY THE POLICE AIDED BY THESE "ANONYMOUS CALLER" ... "TELEPHONE ATTACKERS"

WE HOPE YOU WILL ALL LIGHT THOSE PHONE CIRCUITS UP AND EXPRESS YOUR OUTRAGE TO ALL YOUR DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVES / CONGRESSMEN / WALT MONEGAN (CHIEF OF POLICE - A.P.D.) / MAYOR BEGICH / GOV MURKOWSKI ... ETC...AMERICA IS CALLING ON YOU ALL....AMERICA IS COUNTING ON YOU ALL...

SUBVERSIVES TACTICS USED BY THE ENEMY TO ATTACK MY PEOPLE -INSIDE- MY COUNTRY


1. The "TELEPHONE ATTACK"... This can be an EXTREMELY LEATHAL tactic...the enemy will use their cell-phones, telephones or pay phones as "LEATHAL WEAPONS" against us... Here's how it works - one of their "operatives, sympathizers, moles" or anyone they can  "sucker play in" calls "911" Dispatch - making up any kind of crazy ass psychotic shit they want & "sick the cops on you"...any ole anonymous caller will do...they call in the GUNS on you, the LEGAL ones - a whole GANGSTER SQUAD of Police on you.  Using this tactic is highly effective - even a "GOOD COP" will do bad/wrong when all the listen to is some "ANONYMOUS CALLER" or a "COMPUTER"... most often the police won't even communicate with you "the person" and usually will lie to you about why they are "stopping you/pulling you over" etc...

Now, in the "INFILTRATION" of my Police Departments there are a GRAVE number of "BAD COPS" on the force; some directly connected to AL-QUIEDA, others indirectly (ie...on the'TAKE' from 'CRACK DEALERS' or any number of other 'MAFIA' type elements) these have been found to avoid "911" Dispatch by communicating between ENEMY OPERATIVES and the "BAD COPS" via their personal cell phones, thus hiding these communications from Police Radio.
At other times they will "STAGE" the ATTACK in this fashion prior to the "ANONYMOUS CALLER" to "911" Dispatch. This TACTIC is used to :

A. Execute Assassination "HITS" - a form of "SUBVERSIVE MURDER".

B. Harass you down, cost you money, tow your car, keep you overwhelmed, distracted / preoccupied etc...

C. To divert/distract Police/Fire Dept resources while the ENEMY conducts TREASONOUS / CRIMINAL activity in other (opposing) areas of the City etc...

D. Much of this is also done to "CONFUSE/MISLEAD" etc...Police, Departments/Divisions, Detectives, Investigators etc...(the "GOOD ONES" that is)...Furthermore, it HEAVILY DRAINS our resources.. Aside from ENEMY OPERATIVES using these TACTICS the ENEMY works to "sucker play" some of our more innocent/ignorant "GOOD ONES" in to launching these "ANONYMOUS CALLER"  "TELEPHONE ATTACKS" in an effort to thus further hide the TRUE FACE (TRUE RACIST FACE) of the REAL ATTACKERS...The ENEMY has to date 4-12-06 launched well in excess of 5,000 of these "TELEPHONE ATTACKS" against "JOE" - unrelenting for 2.5 years straight - all over this STATE.  Many of these done by ENEMY SYMPATHIZERS. Using White People and Females to ATTACK JOE in as many instances as possible the ENEMY is effectively able to HIDE its RACIST FACE in the ATTACK.  The fact of the matter is...the USE of an "ANONYMOUS CALLER"  AGAINST A MAN - is MORALLY and CONSTITUTIONALLY ILLEGAL!!!  It VIOLATES YOU in MANY ways because it effectively takes away from you your "RIGHT OF SELF DEFENSE", "YOUR RIGHT TO FACE YOUR ACCUSER" & it puts power into the hands of the Police THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE. By so doing - it puts power into the HANDS OF THE ENEMY!!!  VERY DANGEROUS INDEED...in the middle of WORLD WAR III...!!!

2. The "TELEPHONE ATTACK"...revisited...is also used against us via a whole array of measures and means using a variety of different agencies the ENEMY will launch these ATTACKS through...

examples are :

A. D.F.Y.S./O.C.S....ANONYMOUS CALLER SAID...you are neglectful, negligent or beating your children and in comes the STATE to RIP YOUR FAMILY APART with no evidence whatsoever all on here-say (LIE...here again you, YOUR WHOLE FAMILY IS VIOLATED as they take your kids from you and you are STRIPPED of YOUR RIGHT TO FACE YOUR ACCUSOR/SELF DEFENSE etc.. There-by doing irreparabale psychological, mental, emotional & physical damage to :

THOSE YOU LOVE!!!

B. MUNICIPALITY...ANONYMOUS CALLER SAID...code violations or WHATEVER THEY WANT!!!

C. PICK THE AGENCY...ANONYMOUS CALLER SAID...AND YOU'RE PLAIN FUCKED!!! Pardon the 'French'...Getting the PICTURE??????

D. I'm sure by now you are all starting to see how all of this can be so easily used against us in so many DIFFERENT FASHIONS thru SO MANY DIFFERENT AGENCIES...IT IS JUST SICKENING!!!  And worst of it all ... our GOVERNMENT AGENCIES / EMPLOYEES ARE LETTING IT HAPPEN...in MANY CASES they are CREATING, HELPING &/or ENCOURAGING IT TO HAPPEN...
