Another busy day, more lists to add to undone list. How important are all these lists?

Each day can flow effortlessly, amid traffic, amid deadlines, amid clumsiness, there is a light, a simple light that says, take a deep beathe and think that the day is going well.  That light comes from a calm and loving heart.
This is just the beginning.
