Special Considerations:Kosher
4 ears of sweet corn blanched for 3-5 minutes
1 medium sized ripe avacado diced
1 half cup of finely diced red onion
1 diced steak tomato

cut corn from husk into recepticle of choice
add all other ingredients
to all the ingredients add the juice of half a lemon
then 1/4 cup of Newman's Own Three Cheese Balsamic vinaigrette tutto naturale
mix well and enjoy
This is a great side dish and my family loves it!
