Can't get to my email! Anybody else with this problem?

I get errD2007 every time I try to access my email for the past 6 days.  I've sent 2 emails to Care2 support but I haven't heard anything.  Has anyone else had this problem?

My email was back up after 8 days of not being able to access it, and I also did not receive email on those 8 days.  I'm just grateful it's back up!
