To My Fellow Americans:

When I hear this question, I don't even have to think about it. I know the answer: YES!

The policies of the Bush Administration had failed miserably. The stock market was in a FREE FALL, our men and women in uniform were dying needlessly in Iraq, deregulation had brought us to the brink of a full blown DEPRESSION. Both the automobile and housing industry were near death. They could even find Osama bin Laden!

Why does any reasonable person think that we could return to the same prosperity that we had last enjoyed in 2001 in only 4 years?
It takes time.

When you begin a journey, sometimes it takes longer than you thought it would for various reasons. However, you don't stop half-way and turn back. You keep going until you see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I agree when President Bill Clinton basically says that it would make no sense to go back to the FAILED polices that got us into this mess in the first place.

We would be in a better position today if the Republicans had not taken control of the House of Representatives in the 2010 election. They have deliberately stalled the recovery. The credit rating of the United States of America was LOWERED because the House waited too long to increase the debt ceiling something that had been routinely done because it simply allowed payment of our nation's obligations. There was never a question that it would be done but the extremists in the Tea Party faction of the Republican Party felt it was more important to try and destroy President Obama than help get our country back on track.

This is important: Don't just vote for Obama in November but vote for all Democrats because a Republican controlled Congress will not care if the ecomony is stalled until in next election 2016!

Yes we are If we had elected McCain/Palin we would be worse off. Now they are trying again to take over country I heard yesterday when asked what if you lost "Well like a good little republian/tea party member we will just work harder in 2016. I think they honestly believe they can win. But if they choose to try they will have to include all people not just the rich racist white man. Because I think they have blown it the wave of the rich man's president is just about over. This country will not go backward.

The Republican Party is no longer willing to work with Democrats. All they think about is the next election and trying to get power. All of the Moderate Republicans are losing in primaries to Tea Party idiots. I hope that people see what is going on and vote STRAIGHT DEMOCRATIC!

Shudder at the thought of any of those republicans keeping control, or gaining more control, they have bloated ego's and have almost went, I don't even know how to describe it, dellusional? It's frightening, beyond belief.
