Microsoft issued a security patch for this on Friday Sept. 24th, so the issue is fixed - until the next one. I would still advise you to use another browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you are strongly advised to use another browser until the latest security issue has been fixed.
Microsoft has not as yet issued a patch for this, only a temporary workaround. Click for more information and to download the workaround.

As of today, Sept. 20th, Microsoft have issued a fix for the problem.
You can download it here:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/msrc/
It will be included in a special Security update that they plan on issuing tomorrow, Sept. 21st, so if your computer is set to automatic updates from Microsoft, it will be installed automatically.
I'd still recommend that you change to Firefox, fix or no fix.
Microsoft releases MS12-063 – Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer
http://blogs.technet.com/b/msrc/
Today we released Security Update MS12-063 to address limited attacks against a small number of computers through a vulnerability in Internet Explorer versions 9 and earlier. The majority of customers have automatic updates enabled and will not need to take any action because protections will be downloaded and installed automatically. For those manually updating, we encourage you to apply this update as quickly as possible.
In addition to addressing the issue described in Security Advisory 2757760, MS12-063 also resolves four privately disclosed vulnerabilities that are currently not being exploited.

I wonder why Microsoft has such a difficult time with their IE product. This seems to happen all the time with them. I don't see it happening with FF or even Chrome. One would think they would eventually get it right the first time once in awhile.
Many people have

Pan is the wild God of
Nature. The Horned One,
the Leaper in the Corn.
He is the son of Hermes.
A free spirit, he teaches
the joys of singing,
dancing and respect for
nature.
