This is the continuous news from Cincinnati from my desk.Hopefully my"friends" will include family and friends from my address book.Maybe I will wait until I have actually written something here before engaging this...You know about my heart, I presume.I am a victim of atrial fibrilation,which could lead to a heart attack,should I not stay on medication, and a 1800-calorie daily diet.I'm told I'm losing weight, which is nice to hear,

Today was my procedure for cancer of the bladder.More(?)well,also important was the effect of my dieting.I am down to 280lbs.Nov.10, I was 361.lbs.!
