Cease and Desist Letter

I have sent a Cease and Desist Letter to Leitchfield and HABG to stop the pesticide spraying in my apartment.of Malathion pesiticide.
I hope this will be enough.

The administration of Housing Authority of Bowling Green,KY Abarham Williams has inserted a new payment requirement and a reduction in service at the same time.  Removal of the Laundromat and a payment for a washer/dryer that I did not get.
