A sad and outrageous addition for your blog.  An animal cruelty fugitive, currently at large.  We need to find this guy and make sure he faces justice for starving his dogs to death!  Picture and link to news story below:

JACOB SMITH --- HAVE YOU SEEN HIM?
RIP Georgia & Leo, two dogs starved to death by Jake Smith. No creature deserves to suffer or die the way you did! Please respectfully call Santa Fe Police Officer David Rael 505-955-5172 to express our gratitude to him and offer support in his bid to get the DA to take on the animal cruelty case against Jacob Smith.

Also call Santa Fe District Attorney Angela Pacheco -- 505-827-5000, 505-827-1881 – and *respectfully* and politely urge her to bring felony charges against Jacob Smith for intentionally starving his dogs to death and to seek the maximum penalty against him, including a ban upon him ever owning any animals again.
