The government tells us that the number of folks living, just got worse.

It is now believed that more than 17 percent of folks, living in Hawaii, are below the poverty line.

It would seem that there are going to be more folks at risk of being uncovered.

Bad news for folks in need, good news for the non-profits.  The demand for more cash from the public purse will just get greater.
