Each year The Massachusetts Paranormal Research Group holds The Paranormal for Paws Expo to benefit selected no-kill animal shelters in New England. This Expo brings the paranormal field and the animal care field together to raise awareness of the important work these shelters do to help animals in need. All proceeds of this year's annual charity fundraiser will go to the 2 shelters selected: Second Chance Animal Shelter in East Brookfield, MA and The Animal Rescue Network of New England based in Pelham, NH. To learn more about these shelters please visit their websites at www.secondchanceanimals.organd www.arnne.org
This event will be held on April 13th, 2013 at The Knights of Co
lumbus on 44 Circuit Avenue North in Worcester, MA from 9am-6pm. The venue has been extremely gracious and will be providing a buffet from 12-2pm. The bar area will also be open for drinks so we do ask that you are responsible if you do plan on drinking..loud or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
We will also be holding raffles at this event so you will have a chance to win great prizes! We are still looking for donations for raffle prizes (gift baskets..they could be paranormal themed, animal themed, food themed or misc; tickets to paranormal investigations, shows, sporting events, etc...; or other prize items). The more great items we have to raffle the more money we can raise for these great organizations so if you are interested in donating a raffle prize/basket please contact me at
Tickets will be $10 at the door or $8 if you donate items from the "Wish List" below. All the items listed are things that each shelter relies on public donation for and are essential for the proper running/upkeep of their facility. If you cannot make this event but would still like to support this great cause, please visit the 'donate' page of the website and give what you can. Every little bit helps!
