Fall Harvest Veggie Bake

For Thanksgicing or any fall meal. Great way to enjoy fall squashes/carrots,ginger root/parsnips/red & green peppers + any other veggie you would like to eat. Some squashes to bake: Pumpkin, Butternut, Acorn. 

For Thanksgiving, try an apple, rainsin chestnut stuffing with curry, paprika and sage.
