ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Gary Makinson. I’m the owner of allgonevegan.com. I have been a vegan for 5 years now.  At the moment I’m saving up to get a degree in Computer Sciences. Everyday I update the website with new recipes, some of them  are my own creation and some are recipes from other sources like  cookbooks and family. best vegan recipe for guacamole
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup cooked or canned white beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1(4-ounce) can green chlies (drained and dice)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • salt and black pepper
Directions Step 1In a food processor or blender, combine the garlic, peas, beans, and
chiles and blend until smooth.Step 2Add the lime juice, oil, and cumin and blend until well combined. Use a
rubber spatula to scrape the mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in the onion
and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Step 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow fl avors to blend.
This tastes best if used on the same day that it is made. Use it as a dip for
chips or cut vegetables or any way you would use regular guacamole.
