Have you ever read the privacy policy? Facebook apps such as farmville, mafia wars, ect are responsible for identity theft of the grandest kind. I am about to show you something very important. When you log into these apps you are no longer on facebook but you are directed to a third party site in order to play the game. This third party site does not have rules or regulations to abide by when they receive your information. Why is this important?

If you have ever been on FB and signed into an app I want you to now go to google search and type your name you used on facebook. Right away you will see that you pop up on a website called MyLife.com. This site stores information about you that is shocking. I had never signed up on this site for anything, however, when I seen it I went in just to see what the heck was going on.

This site had information about me such as, ALL the places I've ever lived and worked. Where I attended high school and college, my age, my siblings info, as well as other friends.. It listed my family and friends even including my MOTHER WHOS BEEN DEAD for 12 years. I had NEVER put some of this info on facebook or anywhere else for that matter. Not only that it gave descriptions of the people it had connected me to. For example my step dads information, whom has NEVER had facebook, listing all kinds of info about him including every place he lived, his age, birthdate, you name it. It even listed stuff like my screen names on yahoo messenger and everything. So privacy is gone for good. Please take a look for yourself.
