Sugestão: Para obter um tofu com uma textura mais suave, leve um pouco água a ferver e mergulhe os nacos de tofu 2 a 3 minutos. Deixe escorrer.

 SALTEADO DE TOFU COM MOLHO DE SOJA: Leve uma frigideira ao lume com um pouco de azeite e alho. Deixe alourar um pouco. Junte o tofu cortado em tiras e salteie em lume brando. Tempere com um pouco de molho de soja e regue com sumo de limão. Acompanhe com uma salada.
