Waynesboro, GA - Burke Co. - Bird Dog Capital of the World!! - It should read "Dog Dumping Capital of the World!!" Please help these Four Dumpster Babies and others!

PLEASE CROSS-POST!!

PLEASE NET WORK FOR THESE FOUR BABIES, AND FOR OTHERS AT WAYNESBORO, GA AC.

Rural Burke County Ga. Carries the distinguished title of "Bird Dog Capital Of The World".  It should be called "DOG DUMPING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!"

Burke County is a HUGE county and the size of Rhode Island.  There is NO animal control for the county, and only a little ten run shelter in the city of Waynesboro.  One girl staffs this facility.  She has a helper who helps her and that's it!  They have VERY LITTLE funding from the county, as they would just as soon see them be killed as to put any effort into funding help for the animals who wind up there.

I and another rescue have bought them vaccines for the puppies but I am struggling myself with 67 rescue animals in my own rescue with littler to no donations to help them.  I have little time either but I had to try to do something to help them, so I am posting, in hopes they find some help out there.

I had a friend in rescue order two trays of vaccines at a huge discount (25 per tray) as Angela told me she had no vaccines and three moms with babies at the shelter.  There is one mom with NEWBORNS!  Can you imagine the stress with all those dogs barking and trying to nurse and keep warm little newborn babies?  Many of the litters die before even getting old enough to get that first vaccine.

I just got the below e-mail from Angela (ACO) and this picture of four precious babies who were picked up at a dumpster on "Lovers Lane" in Waynesboro

Please, Can anyone save them??  Can anyone help with any donations towards vaccines and worm medicine for this shelter?  They need warm blankets and raised beds too!  The animals only have a concrete floor or anything AC can find to put in there to keep them off the cold floor.  I know she needs at least $50.  Right now for the second tray of vaccines I ordered as she only has enough money to buy one of the trays.

PLEASE CROSS-POST!  PLEASE NET-WORK to help these animals who so desperately need to get out and if you are able to donate even a small amount, it would be put to the best use possible "Saving a life".

You can contact or Angela the ACO or ME if you are able to help by taking these babies and
any of others, or by donating to help them.

LOTS OF PUPPIES!  Some Collie mix's too and those poor precious newborns!

Thanks for any help.
