From congress to senate to the president the voices of accident victims need to heard pertaining to the current subrogation laws the accident victim is continually being revictimized by insurance companies that are lawfully entitled to recover 100% of all the medical expenses that have been paid on behalf of a victim in a car accident yet all other parities involved in accident has very limited financial recovery.  When it comes to settling claims for vehicle damages resulting from car accident the car  insurance companies are allowed to legally short change the accident victim by offering to pay blue book values or depreciation values and medical insurance companies are also allowed to further victimize the accident victims with their legal entitlements to 100% reimbursement for medical expenses that were paid when in fact  insurance companies are not paying all of the medical bills but only a certain percentage based on you meeting your deductible, still leaving the accident victim with a portion of medical bills that were not paid and let's us also be mindful that the insurance premiums for medical care is constantly being deducted from your pay check.  Current subrogation laws are only in favor of greedy coporations and not in favor of the party that is truly hurt and suffering which is the accident victim.
