Receiving a scam introductin

I got an introduction I consider a scam.  It stated he wanted to submit my name to court as a possible heir to millions, since I had the same surname.  I hope he doesn't really know my full name. 
I haven never been able to send or reply to messages except in the very beginning so I don't know how I can report him.  I'd appreciate any suggestions.
