I had such a great tuesday started working out with the your shape fitness 2012 video game and feel so great had an amazing supper that included red and black beans, whole grain brown rice, cauliflower, green peppers, mushrooms and onions with garlic bread on the side... ohh so yummy and leftovers for thursday I am going to make them into refried beans for burritos. Not sure the boys were liking supper but they ate it and thats all i can ask.
I am so thankful that I undertook this misson to change my habits and to not let my bad lifestyle ruin my children's life. I am spending time with them each night researching garden veggies and how to grow etc and we are making a poster together. it is a lot of fun.
