Amanda het my gevra on woorde te bedink vir die inskrywing wanneer ek Jenkins se as in die muur gaan plaas. So ver het ek op die volgende afgekom, wat geskik is, maar sal natuurlik die bewoording aansienlik moet verkort.

Fondly Loved And Deeply Mourned.

Now in the presence of Our Lord.

Dearly missed, but forever in our hearts.

To the world you were somebody, but to us you were the world.

Shed not a tear & have not regret, knowing of the ashes here, his soul’s in heaven yet.

This wall his final resting place, our precious darling in the Lord’s embrace.

And Let There Be No Sorrow; For Remember When The Sun Goes Down, It Returns With A Bright Tomorrow.

Blessed Are They That Mourn: For They Shall Be Comforted. (Matthew 5:4) 

A Friend To Many And Sadly Missed.

A Little Soul Takes Wings.

And As The Evening Twilight Fades Away The Sky Is Filled With Stars, Invisible By Day.

Asleep In Jesus, Blessed Sleep, From Which None Ever Wake To Weep.

Gentle Jesus, Meek And Mild, Look Upon This Little Child.

His Courage, His Smile, His Grace Gladdened The Hearts Of Those Who Have The Privilege Of Loving Him.

How Much Of Hope, How Much Of Joy, Is Buried With Our Darling Boy.

In The Morning Of His Day In Youth And Love He Passed Away.

It Broke Our Hearts To Lose You, But You Didn’t Go Alone For Part Of Us Went With You The Day God Called You Home.

Jesus Called A Little Child Unto Him.

Kindness And Gentleness Were Your Strength.

Let The Little Children Come To Me And Do Not Hinder Them For Of Such Is The Kingdom Of Heaven.

Lord We Give You Our Littlest Angel.

Loveliest Of Lovely Things Are They On Earth That Soonest Pass Away, The Rose That Lives It’s Little Hour Is Prized Beyond The Sculpted Flower.
