5. Without discipline, nothing is possible. Discipline leads to reward. Neglect leads to regret.

7. Adversity is the catalyst of all success. Massive failure leads to massive success. 
8.Be kind to your body. It's the only one you have. 
9. Acknowledge and master your fears, courage is the antidote to fear.
