If you're looking to try something different for dinner tonight, here's a recipe I found on the inside of a box of Numi Organic Gunpowder Green Tea. Not only is this a heart-healthy recipe, thanks to the high levels of Omega 3 fatty acids in the fish, but it's also great for your skin. The green tea adds to the skin-boosting effect with its antioxidents and catechins. I haven't tried this for myself yet, but from the ingredients, I can tell that it is an Asian-inspired recipe. Simple, too. Enjoy!

Ingridients:

1  lb. salmon fillet (cut into small strips)

2  tbsp. soy sauce

4  tbsp. sherry

2  tea bags Gunpowder Green Tea

1/2     cup water

1/2     tsp. cornstarch

3  tbsp. sesame seeds

Instructions:

    • Blend soy sauce and sherry mixture in frying pan and place salmon pieces in for 10 minutes to marinate. Simmer over moderate heat until sauce is absorbed.

    • Steep tea bags in mug for five minutes. Squeeze and remove tea bags. Stir in cornstarch.

    • Pour tea mixture over salmon and cook another 5 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.

    • Roast sesame seeds in dry frying pan over low heat until seeds begin to jump. Mix seeds into salmon and sauce. In Good Health!
