DOGS AND CATS BOUGHT BY TOURISTS IN URUGUAY being stranded In Uruguay, a country that is among the giants Brazil and Argentina, in South America, tourists often purchased as pets summer for their children, dogs and cats race, that after completion of their vacation leave. Ineed to have the support of all in order to get you to enter a chapter on the future of tourism law of my country, to control and restrict the purchase of pets by tourists who then decide not to take with them to their country, causing a horror own children and pets. 10,000 signatures are needed to make this request triumph, achieved only took 672 to today's date. I urge my link to access the petition and help me collect them. Thank you for your generous support. Every year hundreds of animals are abandoned for this reason in addition to roaming the streets, die or are injured hit. The guards are overwhelmed and not enough resources.
