Prep Time:Less than 15 min
Special Considerations:Vegan

This juicing recipe, which I got from , has amazing benefits. The most noticeable of these is the decrease in chronic inflammation in the body, which is one of the major causes of joint pain, in just 30 days. It also improves digestion and does wonders for your skin. You should see a dramatic change in 90 days. But remember, you also have to eat a healthy diet that incorporates Alkalizing foods and limit the foods that cause inflammation.
