Back to the Wild is a wildlife rehabilitation center in northcentral Ohio, between Cleveland and Toledo. The primary mission is to rehabilitate and ultimately relase into their natural habitat wildlife that has been orphaned, injured, or displaced. Additionally, they present educational programs to schools, youth groups, and community organizations. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, they depend entirely on donations; they receive no tax or public funding.

I have had the opportunity to visit the center and get up close and personal with some of the permanent resident birds whose injuries have prevented their release. Please view my Back to the Wild photo set on Flickr (http://flic.kr/s/aHsjBTssWm), and please consider donating to the center.
