Stu had no previous history of biting before he bit someone after being injured in a fight with another dog.  Experts have deemed him to not be dangerous, but he is still being held in isolation for almost two years now.

Stu's teeth are getting bad, he is graying, and his coat is in bad shape.  It is so sad that he is just growing old in this concrete cell.  To deprive a dog of socialization for this long is unthinkable and inhumane.  Please help.  THANK YOU!
