I was recently in KMJDF, it was the forth time this year....And im not a bad kid i have all passing grades dont steal or do drugs nothing...My original chrage was assult and battery...i lived with my grandparents for 10 years and my grandpa became very sick and unable to supervise me so i was sent out to live with my mother here in san diego....the second week after coming to live with her....i was in juvnile hall because she had hit me for somthing i did and i hit her back. In all my years of life phyical force was neevr used as a punishment to me so when it finally was i didnt know what else to do. The court orderd me to a years proabtion. Throughout the year there have been diffrent things the court has tried to charg me with....i was 30 mintues late  of my cufue because i got lost on the bus. I had a major ear infection and was arrested for being truent. And while in juvinile hall u are treated terribly. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night u have to turn on your light and wait somethings an hour before they come and unlock your door to let you go.  Its rediculous....the staff treat you like you are a low life and that you mean nothing. The staff pic favorites and allow them to use the phone when ever they want and the others must stay in there rooms. We all get peper spraied when there is a fight ever in we go to cover they still spray us. If we are outside excersing and need out inhalers we wont get them. Its crazy they treat us horrible in there. The only reason they want us int here is so that they can take our money. They fine us for everything!

The SD Juvenilel Court is like a GESTEPPO court very much identical to the
WW II courts in Germany when Hitler ruled, and when the courts were used to
incarcerate and execute everyone Hitler wanted put away.  
Like Hitler, her made sure there was no jury. In SD Juvenile Courts over at
MEADOWLARK, you also WILL NEVER SEE 12 CHAIRS for a jury. THERE NEVER
WAS A JURY in any Juvenile Court. Somebody might win and then the COUNTY
gets less funding for having less inmates and less case load and less REVIEW
HEARINGS.   IT is a FACT that SOCIAL WORKERS, CPS WORKERS, win 100% of their cases. This is because JUDGES are 100% for SOCIAL WORKERS, the
rotten to the core, unfit, idiots that go around snooping, stating that they have the police power to put anybody in jail, and if you don't cooperate, they will charge
you with numerous counts of failure to meet someones emotional needs, or some other junk coming down from thin air.  No testimony against them is allowed. Even the record is manipulated, destroyed.  They then win on appeal, too.
