Working with children and women impacted by HIV/AIDS is challenging-seeing people dieing because they have no access to clinics and medication in Africa let alone trasportation to take them to the hospital is equally disturbing. How can we change this unfair world?

It's frustrating..we must begin to work with the infrastructures within, which are standing in the way of health care for all...not an easy task... :(
