Doug Collier,46~Has been incarcerated from 2/11/82 at the young age of 20yrs old he is now 46yrs old. He was sentenced 15yrs to life on a 2nd degree murder,
he has no past record before this.Doug has done more than his time! In the time hes been incarcerated he has accomplished so much.

While incarcerated Doug has been active in numerous self help programs geared to provide information to assist his re-education &  has recieved numerous accomidations for his possitive programming

Therapy & Self Help Courses
1. AA & NA workshops 1st,2nd,3rd & 4th
2. Completion of Catholic Study Institute 1st thru 4th quarter
3. Spirituality Class 1 thru 4th quarter
4. Responsibility,Rehabilitation & Restoration
5. IMPACTS Workshop~IMPACT  MODULE IV Certificate
6. Creative Conflict Resolutions Workshop
7. Philosophies of the Souls 2nd quarter
8. From Violence to Wholeness Workshop
9. V.O.E.G. Training
10. How To Handle Finances

Laudatory Chronos
1. San Quentin Hurricane Releif Fund
2. 17th Annual Holiday Toy run

This Youthful Boy of 20yrs old has turned into a educated,thoughtful,kind & giving man of 46yrs old that deserves a chance at life on the outside of prison.

 Feel that Doug Collier CDC# C-42473 have just one chance at his freedom. We feel Doug Collier has payed his debt to society and should have a chance to show society what he has to offer. He has grown up inside prison walls from the young age of 20yrs old now 46yrs old to be a Educated,Accomplished,Thoughtful,Kind & Giving man. We ask of you to Reconsider his incarceration and set him free. Please let him show you the good man he has become and what he has to offer society.
