It is with a sadden heart and tears to tell you that Agnes Corbett passed on early this morning, August 26, 2007.


Jorge received a call from her husband and it must be said though that one of the doctors was adamant to keep trying, doing his utmost to save her, while the others had long given up, this must be a great comfort for us and Anges' husband, to know that one of them was a good person and did his utmost to save her till the last minute.


We must think that her suffering is over, that she is now free and that she fought bravely all her life, till the end. Now it´s time for us to send her the best vibrations of spiritual help, because her spirit goes on as does the wonderful work and projects she lovingly dedicated herself to with help, love and friendship of so many.
 

We ourselves are here passing by.


The family hasn't decided where to have the funeral, if they wish to share that information for those that want to send flowers it will  be made available.

Thanks Dear Sunshine for this tribute to Agnes. The tribute we can make to her is to continue her lanour of love helping animals and people in need.
She was such a beautiful soul and I will miss her so much. She was such a caring soul. We love you Agnes and we will love you forever. May her soul rest in peace and her light of eternity and love may never fade.

She is with God and an Angel now. May she rest peacefully in the arms of her creator.She fought a courageous battle and will be sadly missed here. The Forests in Heaven have her now and she will make them so beautiful. I have no words...just that the world(and me)has been a much better place for having Agnes in it.
We've lost a true warrior, but I know she lives on in Spirit with God and the Angels and that she will continue her work on from there.
My heart is broken, but it is filled with much love for Agnes.

Agnes and I co-hosted a few groups together and she was an earth angel and had now earned her wings. Agnes know that you will be missed by many here and that you will be forever in our hearts! I miss you lady very much, am glad you are now at peace and free of pain!

Agnes is an angel in heaven, she, from there will continue her great work for animals and nature, beside God, were she belongs. She is going to be missed, but one day we meet in a better place.

Jorge did alot of the ground work, and I had to edit alot and send info back and forth and GT with phone calls and on IM all the time also. Please remember them as well, many of the words I used are Jorge's, so he could be part of it here even thou he left care2. GT.P is still here with a profile, and group host on forest in brazil, so you can leave him thank yous and send him stars. I already passed on to Jorge as well how grateful everyone is and will again in the next few days, as will have to find out about where they are having the funeral. She's not suffering anymore and gave so much to so many and so many causes.

I miss you. Agnes loved people and she believed in people even those who have done wrong. She found the good in all of us. She took time everyday to send us messages everyday, post comments and show us what friendship, love, compassion, forgiveness, trust, caring and support is all about. She made each one of us feel equally important and special. She believed in her causes she supported and got us to believe in and support them too.

The world has lost a wonderful person but Jesus has her now so she is still here with us somewhere through Him. Her work here and love for Care2 will always be for eternity.
