Arbeitslosengeld II: Arbeitslose müssen Widerspruch einlegen

„Beim Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlruhe ist eine von der IG Metall unterstützte Klage eingegangen, mit deren Hilfe die Höhe des Regelsatzes für Alg II-Bezieher von 345 Euro überprüft werden soll (Aktenzeichen 1 BvR 1840/07). Nach Meinung der Gewerkschaften ist der Alg II-Satz zu niedrig bemessen, um Langzeitarbeitslosen ein Leben in Würde zu ermöglichen. Mit der Verfassungsklage soll zudem überprüft werden, ob die pauschale Berücksichtigung einzelner Leistungen im Alg II-Satz mit dem individuellen Rechtsanspruch auf Sicherung des Existenzminimums vereinbar ist…“ Meldung des DGB http://www.dgb.de/2007/10/08_widerspruch_alg_II_regelsatz.htm/


Betroffene ALG2-Bezieher sollten sobald möglich gegen ihren letzten ALG

Anträge zum «Stopp der Zwangsverrentung» bei Hartz IV abgelehnt

„Nun ist es amtlich: Ältere Hartz IV-Empfänger müssen ab 2008 damit rechnen, dass sie vorzeitig ihre Rente in Anspruch nehmen müssen und dabei Abschläge bis zu 18 Prozent hinnehmen müssen. SPD und Union sehen darin keine «Zwangsverrentung» sondern begründen dies mit dem Nachhaltigkeitsprinzip von Hartz IV. Dies besagt, Hartz IV-Leistungen sind immer nachrangig und vorher alles vorhandene Vermögen ausgeschöpft werden muss. Dazu zählen auch Rentenansprüche.
