Crema de coliflor con champiñones

  • Crema de coliflor con champiñones
  • Tiempo total:
    37 Minutos
  • Para 4 porciones
INGREDIENTES
  • 500 gr. de coliflor
  • 400 gr. de patatas
  • 300 gr. de champiñones
  • unas rebanadas de pan
  • sal
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • perejil picado
  • 1 1, 5 litros de agua
  • aceite de oliva
PREPARACIÓN

  1. Pela las patatas y córtalas en trozos. Limpia y trocea la coliflor.
  2. Pon a cocer la coliflor y la patata en una cazuela con agua hirviendo. Sazona e incorpora un chorro de aceite. Deja cocer durante 25 minutos, aproximadamente.
  3. Pásalo con la batidora hasta obtener una crema.
  4. En una sartén con aceite, fríe el pan y úntalo con un diente de ajo. Aparte, en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite y un diente de ajo, saltea los champiñones limpios y cortados en láminas. Sazona y espolvorea con perejil picado.
  5. Sirve la crema agregándole los champiñones bien escurridos y adornada con los costrones de pan frito.
