Pela las patatas y córtalas en trozos. Limpia y trocea la coliflor.
Pon a cocer la coliflor y la patata en una cazuela con agua hirviendo. Sazona e incorpora un chorro de aceite. Deja cocer durante 25 minutos, aproximadamente.
Pásalo con la batidora hasta obtener una crema.
En una sartén con aceite, fríe el pan y úntalo con un diente de ajo. Aparte, en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite y un diente de ajo, saltea los champiñones limpios y cortados en láminas. Sazona y espolvorea con perejil picado.
Sirve la crema agregándole los champiñones bien escurridos y adornada con los costrones de pan frito.
