Por la cantidad de vitaminas, minerales y ácidos esenciales que contiene la col no debemos descuidarnos de comerla de vez en cuando. Hay muchas maneras de cocinarla, ¿verdad que nunca la habías probado con coco?
Tiempo total: 40 Minutos
Para 4 porciones
INGREDIENTES
1/2 col
2 patatas
1/2 cucharadita de semillas de comino enteras
1 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de azucar
3 cucharadas de coco rallado (mercadona
2 hojas de laurel
aceite
PREPARACIÓN
Hervir las tiras de col durante 20 minutos a fuego medio, hasta que estén bien blanditas.
Añada media cucharadita de sal y un poco de aceite.
Caliente el aceite en una sartén a fuego medio y añada las hojas de laurel y las semillas de comino. Déjelas freir durante unos segundos.
Agregue la col hervida, media cucharadita de sal y media de azucar y mezcle todo bien. Dejar cocer durante 15 minutos a fuego bajo-medio.
Incorpore el coco y remueva para que se mezcle bien. Dejar cocer durante 10 minutos más y servir caliente.
