Tears In the Waves..

I cry for you my darling the one you left behind, so come back safe, and hold me again.

Can you feel the waves as you’re on the sea? Touch them and then my tears will be in your hands. When it is raining my love, I go outside and let the rain fall on my face as I close my eyes, knowing that they are your tears for me, and mine for you... So come home for me soon.

On this day so long ago, tears in the sea let the waves carry them to my lover in the far away land.

Do you see me in the sky at night my star shinning so bright?

I can feel your spirit as I let mine free, I listen to the wind,

sea gulls flying high staying on the shore until the sun set then I go,

and I return before it rises and watch it as it comes up. Oh how beautiful yet it is setting where you are my love.

So good-night my darling as you try to rest your head, just for an hour if that is all you may get..

Don't cry for us, there is no need, we are safe, but let us cry for you and your brothers of war the ones doing their deed. As this war goes on with out a need, I ache for all and pray for peace. Will it ever happen, Only God can bring it be, so my darling I am praying for all that it shall be.

Tears in the sea let the waves carry you to the shores across the sea;

so my love can feel me, in the waves, are in the rain, just let him know my spirit is with him just the same.

I want the whole world to know my feelings deep inside, that not only do I ache,

but others do the same and they come to the beach and weep in the sea,

and let the waves carry their tears to the other side of the sea.

Do they all feel the spirits of their love ones, as I feel you?

Is it just a feeling that only we both have and no one else can feel it as we do.

So I stand here on the sand and wait for the waves to wash to me, your tears that I feel,

and know your spirit is near, I wait to see the ships to come in the bay,

yet that will be not now, for I lost you many years ago, in the war, that took so many men, on that day.

So my darling I still come here to stand and cry in the sea, and let the tears be carry in the waves across the sea, to be you are buried, so far away. I feel your spirit, as the waves come and wash over me.

Knowing that my tears are coming to you as the waves carried them away.

I love you my darling and I will always know you are near me.

I fill your tears my love each day as long as I come to the beach and fell the waves and let them wash over me.

I will be waiting for you to come for me my love when it is time for me to go,

and you can carry me to the land across the sea, to be you are and let our spirits rest, and we shall love again.

We will dance in the sea, of love, and know that our tears will end.
