Hummus a la argentina
El hummus o paté de garbanzos es un plato tíico de medio oriente, pero yo lo hago a la argentina, viste?

  • Hummus a la argentina
  • Tiempo total:
    15 Minutos
  • Para 2 porciones
INGREDIENTES
  • 1 lata de garbanzos
  • 1 diente grande de ajo
  • 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • hojitas de perejil (bastante)
PREPARACIÓN

  1. Poner el contenido de la lata de garbanzos a hervir unos 15 minutos.
  2. Retirar del fuego y eliminar la mitad del liquido. dejar enfriar.
  3. pisar la cabeza de ajo (pueden ser hasta dos segun el gusto de cada uno, pero no mas porque queda muy picante). unir todos los ingredientes y mixar (procesar hasta que quede una pasta). Colocar la pasta en un recipiente y servir.
  4. Como presentacion se le puede agregar pimenton y hojitas de perejil.(Cada uno le puede agregar mas aceite de oliva si es su gusto).
  5. Ojo! esta pasta no debe quedar chirle sino mas bien de consistencia firme para permitirse untar sobre panes arabes.
