This is about Angel - a miniature pincher

She was surrendered to the Wyoming County No-Kill SPCA (Attica NY) on February 26th, 2008. She was given to her owner as a Christmas present.

This little girl was born in October 2007, which makes her almost 5 months old.

She has spent all of her life struggling to walk, but not very successfully.

The owners took her to three veterinarians, all of the estimates were in the same range of $2000.00 to $4000.00 dollars.

The owners can not afford this. So rather than "put her out of her misery" they surrendered her to us.

We are trying to raise money for her. The surgery is going to be expensive along with the after care and the xrays. The vet said that her elbows were backwards, which is a genetic defect.

The good news is that it is fixable!

The bad news is that is will be expensive.

What we are hoping and praying for is for her to get some sponsors to help with the surgery.

She doesn't know that her legs are not supposed to hurt and be crooked. If you would like to be one of her sponsors send your donation to:

Wyoming County SPCA
808 Creek RD, RT 98
PO Box 151
Attica, N.Y. 14011

Please mark it as Fund for Angel.

Or you can donate using the Paypal button on our webpage found here:

Every dollar brings Angel closer to a normal life.

She is a sweetheart, once the surgery is done she will be looking for her forever home.
