I think this can be useful there in the U. S. A. when you travel sometimes are long distances and could be happen this called jet lag you know the jet lag happens when you travel a long distance then your "body clock time" is the time of the place you start the travel but you are now in another time... for example you go from an U.S.´s east state to a U.S.´s west state and your "body clock time" is still in the U.S.´s east state although your body is now in the U.S.´s west state

to "solve" that...

  1. One of the most important cures for jet lag is to get some early-morning light, wich stimulates your hormonal system to adjust to the new time zone
  2. Another cure is an intense exercice soon in the morning the first day you are in a different hour zone can help
  3. Another cure is before you change he "body´s hour" I mean before you travel to another hour zone change your routines in your hour zone I  mean if at the new hour zone that´s it in the place you are going the eating is at 7 o’clock star a few days before eating at 7 o’clock not at the normal time of your country that way when you travel you will be used to eat at 7 o’clock not at the time of your country if in that new hour zone the sleep is at...
