I made this for my partner and sons ...they love it so i thought i'd share it with you.

Chops With A Twist
4 Large Chops (with fat cut off)
Apple sauce
Boursin soft cheese

Place chops on the grill.
generously spread the cheese all over each one evenly.
spread the apple sauce over the top of the cheese
sprinkle salt & pepper lightly over all the chops
Then grill on medium setting until everything is bubbling and slightly going golden brown

this it what the boys love with them.....
cauliflower florets (as many as u want)
Lay them on another baking tray
sprinkle with salt and be generous with the coursely ground pepper.
lay slices of bacon randomly all over the cauliflour
then drizzle some extra virgin olive iol over the top ( lightly though! as it'll be awful sitting in a pool of oil lol)
Cook in the oven on gas mark 7 for about 3/4 of an hour until bacon is crunchy & cauliflower is soft.

Then come the potatoes!
cut up making large dices of potatoes
put a small cupfull of cornflour in a large sandwich bag (make sure its strong enough)
sprinkle some salt and pepper in the bag aswell & some garlic powder
put the potatoes in the bag and shake em! till theyre all coated.

Then, take out the potatoes and lay them on another baking tray .
generously drizzle extra virgin olive oil all over them and put in the oven at the same time as the cauliflour as they roughly take the same time to cook ok
They should look light and crispy golden brown

Thats it guys & Gals
Go try it & let me know

Happy Eating!
