Hi Group. I thank all of my new members for joining me here in the fight to save animals from the cancers caused by vaccination.
March 17th was the one month anniversary of the death of my cat Fuzzball. It has been a very painful time for myself and my son. I think what hurts the worst is knowing that it all could have been avoided. If only the vet had told us of the potential for cancerous tumors in cats when they have, in particular, the rabies or leukemia vaccination.
Here is an important point to remember. When you have your animal vaccinated, make sure it is on the body, and not in any joint areas. Be sure you know exactly where the vaccination was administered. When a tumor grows in the joint it is harder to remove. Many times the only way to get rid of it is through amputation of the limb.
Secondly, make sure you monitor the area for at least a year after the vaccination. It may take awhile for a tumor to show up. these are very aggressive cancers, and must be caught early to for successful removal.
My brother, Bruce is going to cohost this group for me. I do not have enough time to post as much as I'd like. He's loaded with information and is more diligent about putting out these postings. Thanks again for joining, and feel free to add your own stories or thoughts. Robin
