I was drugged, raped, and a knife held to my throat within 32 hours of my arrival, first time in the Bahamas. This happened inside a hotel on Paradise Island, I was with my husband. I reported and yet these men were left to live inside this hotel amongst other tourists. The UN has reported the Bahamas has the highest recorded rape counts in the world, ten times higher! The Caribbean has the second highest HIV AIDS counts in the world. We are speaking up for travel safety. Please come read my petition for your own safety and help us change what is going on.
