Abused Women & Children: Need our collective help

Dear New Friends and Associates. 
I am rather new to using online petition formats and hope I am going about this in the correct manner.  Please let me know if I am not! I am used to the sign on the line format!

My petition entitled: HELP CORRECT THE SYSTEM: PROTECTION FOR ABUSED WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN is a time sensitive issue. 

A battered and repeatedly raped woman and her abused children from Colorado need our help! The grandparents have also been arrested for rescuing their grandchildren from their violent unstable environment. Please do what is in your power to help us correct the ineffective and detrimental child custody system in Douglas County Colorado.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  Your help would be sincerely appreciated.
