I speak off my experience; I am on the threshold of hypertension. By physicians' advice and by experience 1. I cultivate slow, deep breathing, 2. I practice yoga everyday, 3. I do not rush through life, cultivate liesurely movements. I realise that the world is not on my shoulders, 4. I avoid continuous talk, arguments. I avoid activities (stressors) like reading unpleasant news, avoid controversial issues, I cultivate activities that are soothing; that keep you calm and quiet like, simple computer games, singing to myself, long walks. I tell myself that, but for the stress, I am perfectly healthy. Most important gradually turn spiritual.
