A FAST FROM JUDGMENT
The W A Y BACK TO THE VERTICAL ALIGNMENT
4-4-06

Dearest ones, today I lift you up and show you what it means to be
alive in God, to be the River of Life and to be the center point of
Love. I am training you now to walk forth, living in and truly holding
the unequivocal perfection of God as your truth in everything, no
matter what you see. We come to the point where it is very important
for you to be able to hold the Vertical in the midst of anything in
the illusion, and beloved ones, all of you, the only way that you can
do this is to never see anything but that which is Real.

There cannot be the duality of lack and abundance, even a life on
Earth and Heaven on Earth, and the two of those different or in
opposition to each other. There can only be the awareness of the
Vertical arm, the River of Life. Beloved ones, this awareness is pure
glorious consciousness, energy, Love, abundance and nothing else. It is perfect life. It is exploding forth each Now Moment. It is this explosion that is the only truth of your heart. As you feel it, as you live it, you recognize that there is only this.

I bring you now this new found clarity of how to live in the Vertical while walking forth into the world, seeing the illusion everywhere you look and never wavering for a moment or believing it is real. The most subtle trick of ego-mind is its enticement of you to believe in the opposite = to believe that you are taking the side of God and life and Good and glorious abundance, instead of lack, limitation, old heart's beliefs. And the moment you do this, of course, you are in duality again.

I ask you to fast. Not fasting from food for that matters little, but fasting from evaluation, from judgment on others and yourself. Fasting from duality, dearest ones, seeing everything as perfect Love and only Love, and nothing else. No comments about people's actions. No thoughts as well. Only Love, dearest ones, seeing as Jesus did.


This, at first, may make you feel that you don't even know how to communicate � but all of the ways that you look at those you serve, and you see them as believing in lack and ego and having false heart's beliefs = each time you see that in them, dearest ones, you are choosing the horizontal again. You are choosing duality and judgment.

 And each time you affirm abundance as a way out of lack, you are once again in the world of "effects," the world of the little mind.

When you are centered in Me in the River of Life, it is clear to you that All That Is is living light, Love, consciousness. These are the things that are Real. It is time to hold your focus here, beyond all opposites -- but this time, you are totally immersed in giving forth to those who live in the dualistic world, without buying into it.

So, I would like to ask all of you, as an exercise, not to speak about others conditions, stories, old heart's beliefs if at all possible, but rather, if the stories come to you, please take them directly into your heart and hold them as their perfection. Lift from them this mist of misunderstanding, misperception of who they are, and be aware that any time you speak of the illusion concerning another, you solidify that old heart's belief. You give weight to the story by your words and your focus, even if you are also using your heart.

You are in service, yes, but you are in service to the truth of every precious life, including your own, dearest ones. And saying this, I want to ask all of you to hold this same truth for yourself and to rigorously refuse to buy into your ego-mind's evaluations of yourself, just as much as you refuse to evaluate another. Because dearest ones,for some of you it is much easier to look at others and to see the beautiful heart of God they are, than it is to see this about yourself.

It is a new phase of living the Vertical life in every area with
diligence and joy, while you walk forth into the world in open-hearted service seeing only the perfection of Love I Am; we are. Seeing only My heart in each precious person. Seeing only the streams of conscious Love that are every life expressing, and then trusting that these things you see will then manifest through your heart in the symbols of the world.

So rather than seeing lack or pain or problems, beloved ones, I ask you to see only the truth of each being, that they too are connected vertically forever and by your awareness, you are affirming it for each of them always, forever. This is a fundamental shift that will be unfolding in new ways. Just make a new commitment to seeing only the Real, speak only the Real. You could even think of the three monkeys, seeing only the Real, speaking only the Real, hearing only the Real
about every precious one.

So, this is what I propose, beloved ones -- a minimum two week fast from speaking to each other about anyone's illusions, even those who contact you for help. What we are doing here is breaking old habit patterns of the mind.

After you have done this for two weeks or for the days from now until Easter, I will lead you to an opening of your own Christed hearts to a new level of awareness of living pure Love, while here in the illusion that there can be Love and something else.

I am with you, dearest ones, step by precious step, opening your hearts and bathing your consciousness in the River of living Love.

ANCHORING LIGHT FROM THE REAL AND GIVING TO BROTHERS AND SISTERS ON EARTH:

On Tuesday evening, we were taken by God through Yael in meditation "to the Real" and shown how to focus a stream of light from the River of Life pouring through us into the Earth. Some of you may want to begin using the anchoring of light, as given to us. An excerpt from the meditation follows:

"I ask you to focus deep in your heart to this place where I plant this awareness, this vibration, this assurance that there is only perfect Love and perfect life. Feeling this deeply in your heart, feeling the attunement of your Twin Flame presence =  the heart that you are.  One heart with two streams of consciousness and while holding this awareness, I ask you to anchor from here, the Real, this great stream of light that is the pulsing stream of Twin Flame life. Please anchor it deeply into the center of the pocket of reversal energy flow, the center of that which you call life on Earth. "Having anchored this living light that you areand having anchored the stream of consciousness that is your Twin Flame heart � I ask you to
fully allow the pulsing of the Moment of Creation to come into your
heart and to pour right through it, all the way to the center of life
in the world.

"You begin to see that life on Earth is changing because it is being
fed perfect Love through the hearts of all of you. As this Love
spreads, it begins to touch human lives. As you do this, you can feel
the tone, the vibration of the ray of light and all that it touches
coming into alignment with your glorious heart. And you continue to
lift it all the way up until it resonates with perfect Love."

THIS PROCESS OF ANCHORING LIGHT CAN ALSO BE DIRECTED TOWARD A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE PLANET.

"Beloved ones, you have now created a pathway of Love, a bridge of
living light. You have created the bridge using your glorious hearts.
So I now ask you to do the same, choosing as your focus a particular
part of the reversal that you would like to lift up to the Real. Let
me bring to you that image where I want you to focus this Love, be it
a person or a city or a government or any other image of the illusion.

"Now from the Real once again, allow this stream of perfect Love that
is the living River of Life to be amplified through your Twin Flame
heart and poured forth into the world. Plant this stream of light from
your heart carefully into the center of that which you are bringing
back to Love. Once planted, once again begin to lift and attune until
that which you are serving becomes attuned with perfect Love. Once it
is, with deepest Love and reverent blessing, you may disconnect this
stream from your heart and watch, perceive, feel how it continues to
resonate as perfect Love on Earth."

WE WILL BE USING THIS ANCHORING PROCESS TO BRING THE RIVER OF LIFE TO EARTH.

As you practice this new process, we ask that you open your heart and allow God to bring River of Life through you into focus on:
